TLOTA (V.O.): Superman/Batman Public Enemies is based on the comic book storyline series at the time involving the two and Lex Luthor as the President of our country. And given the Presidents we’ve been dealing with, He may just be the least evil choice in the history of Presidential Electorates, which is saying something impossible.
