Good news everyone! Today I will be attempting to recreate the parasite-ridden truck stop bathroom vending machine egg salad sandwich from Futurama, hopefully without the parasites. We’ll see how that goes.

I like to make my egg salad from pickled beet eggs. The vinegar I’m sure will kill any parasites, even those that would make me superhuman.
Seriously though, this looks like a very tasty sammich.
