TLOTA (Voice over): Doctor Who has become a definition of Science Fiction as a whole. It may have started out as an educational show that used sci-fi as a tool to further it’s educational goals but since the show’s inception The Doctor has become possibly one of the most well known characters in all of media. But it did have it’s ups and downs.
