That’s right folks, you are reading right! I got to go to Storybrooke! No I’m not kidding here! On my vacation back in August I went to the lovely city of Richmond BC Canada, and in Richmond there is a sub division called Steveston BC, that is where you can find the fabled Once Upon a Time being filmed! When I went there they were getting ready to film the next day so Steveston was being transformed into Storybrooke.
I have to say it was one of the most AWESOME experiences I have ever gotten to go to! Well almost, the day after they finished setting up the little strip and turning into Main St. they were filming the next day for SEASON FOUR, which starts September 28th! OMG the things I KNOW about this season just by seeing what they were filming we are in for a AWESOME TIME!!!
When they weren’t filming I got to wonder around and go into different areas like “Gran’s Diner” which is really the Cannery Cafe.  Or wonder by Golds Antique shop, which is really Posh clothing I think.
Just the way the transform this one strip into Storybrooke is so awesome!  I got to meet Cpt Hook (Colin O’Donoghue), Elsa (Georgina Haig), Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle), and see Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) in action! It sucked that I had to leave and come back to Calgary cause I was in heaven watching all this and the scenes!
