“This is something you don’t have to do.”

“But I want to?”

“Why?” The other then added. “Give me a reason.”

“I don’t have to.”

“Yeah, you do.” The tone was steady. “You have any idea what your getting yourself into.”

“I want to be cool.”

“This isn’t the answer and I know you know that.”

“You don’t know me at all.”

“I know you like the back of my hand, that’s what happens when your family.”

“Like, you, ever gave a damn about me!” There was more force then the last. “You give me one time, just one.”

“The day you hurt your leg; I took you all the way to the doctor’s. When you got dump more then once, I was there for you, even when I never once dated to know what it feels like.”

“That’s because you’re a prude.”

“Well that’s my choice and I’ll deal with it.” Pointing a bony finger to the other. “Your another story.”

“Oh really?”

“Yes, one that has no plot, its dull, no beginning, middle, and sadly no great ending if you do this.”

“As you said, its my choice.”

“Yes, but it’s a choice I don’t like.”

“Tough.”

Slap to the face, the hand stung becuase of it, just as much as the face did. “Your ‘toughness’ only makes you weaker. Don’t do it.”

The other rub his face. “I’m doing no matter what.” The adding. “So back off bitch!”

The other stayed quiet this time.

“What no prideful words this time?”

“Why would I? Or should I?” Ready to leave and look like to never come back. “Maybe time alone will be good for you?”

“What are you talking about?”

“This…choice, will make you alone. So go ahead and do it.”

“I will.”

“I wouldn’t be when you fall and crying to love again.”

“I don’t need your love or anyone else.”

“Then I’ll see you next time, try to live that long.”

“Weren’t you leaving now.”

And the other was gone, leaving the other behind. A sudden chill hit him and hard, the darkness was strong. He felt alone and it hurt a bit.

“What have I done?”

The finally word he heard out of nowhere before his world was gone. “You made your choice, aren’t you happy for it?”

A dull voice called out. “No.”
